APEM is committed to helping promote national consistency, ongoing appraisal frameworks, credentialing and revalidation support for qualified ACPs.
Our ACP lead Kate Blake has developed a short national scoping survey (<5mins) to try to establish what is currently happening across paediatric emergency and urgent care services.
This seeks to capture the experience of qualified ACPs to understand current appraisal and governance arrangements, how ongoing advanced clinical capability is assured, use of credentialing/capability frameworks, and whether ACPs have protected non-clinical time to support the four pillars of Advanced Practice.
